Regional forums

These forums are an opportunity for you hear updates on key water projects, policies and programs being delivered in each region.

Customer Advisory Group (CAG) meetings

The department is now hosting afternoon sessions of the WaterNSW Customer Advisory Group meetings dedicated to Water Group policy issues. There were 11 meetings (valley specific) during August and September 2025. Minutes were not taken. Actions were taken and answers provided from these meetings.
